unless you can achieve about 1000'F for several years, I wouldn't put them in
the compost pile unless you reduce them to carbon first. The seeds last forever
almost under unbelieveble heat & moisture extremes. I know from personal
struggles with that customer in my former life. Johnsongrass almost
single-handedly destroyed commercial cotton production in Turkey in the 70's.
