Searching for organic farmers

Hello everyone,
Next spring, January 2000 - April 2000, University of Kentucky Agronomy is
offering a class about certified organic agriculture. I'm looking for 3
organic farmers in each SARE region (12 in all) who would be willing to
spend just an hour talking to the students over the phone! It would be
great if you were involved in a SARE project or have something we could
read about your farm.

Conversations would be on Tuesdays, from 11am-12:15pm eastern time (yes,
they already have next springs calendar of courses out and people are
thinking about syllabi!).

This class is based on farmer experiences. Students read about farms, talk
to farmers, interview KY farmers, and only then do they hit the journals in
the library. So we really need you! If you are interested, please email
me off-list.
