that's all that was reported about the impact of who controls the gene pool.
Is this an issue we should be concerned about with the next farm bill and
how do we have an impact on what happens?

21st Century Ag Than Farm Legislation



MANHATTAN, Kan.- Farmers are beginning to think about the next
U.S.
farm bill due in 2002, but interest rates and who controls the
gene pool will be
more important to agriculture 20 years from now than will any
farm bill, said
Kansas State University economist, Barry Flinchbaugh.
