Applications for Farmer Grants, Professional Development Grants, and
Research and Education Grants are now available on the World Wide
Web--potential applicants can go to http://www.uvm.edu/~nesare and follow
the
"Grants and Application Information" link. The applications can be
downloaded by clicking on the highlighted text that follows the description
of each type of grant.
Deadlines for the 2000 grants are as follows:
December 6: postmark deadline for Farmer Grant applications
January 20: deadline for receipt of Research and Education Grant
applications
January 27: deadline for receipt of Professional Development Grant
applications
Applications can also be requested by calling 802/656-0471. You can also
call this number if you have questions about the application process or the
