the aisle and at both ends of Pennsylvania avenue have be squabbling
over what to do with the Budget Surplus --- and newspapers across the
land reporting on 99 Billion dollars to distribute --- while apparently
unnoticed, the US National Debt has increased by an average of $416
million per day, every single day since 1 October 1998 ??
