Here's my thoughts:

Let's keep this list relatively low in conversation about spiritual matters
and continue the good fight towards providing the more technical data and
relevant news that is so vital towards educating the list members.

I think Dale's reference to another list with a more spiritual aspect is
great for those who want to delve deeper into that subject. Let those who
have this interest do so in a list more relevant to that subject. These
lists must be divided into subject matter, given how many people and varied
interests there are on the Web, Maybe a member of both lists could
occassionally drop sanet a note to notify the list of particularly
interesting conversations ie: "The recent news story of "xyz" has stimulated
great discussion on the ecopsychology list that may be of particular
interest to sanet members, check out it's archives at ....."

Just joining this list is a big step for many who have realized that there
is more to agriculture than add input A + B to harvest C. Many traditional
agriculturalists are awakening to Whole-ism (holism) but can be scared off
by what they consider radical thinking. This list is a great resource and is
far, FAR, far away from ignoring heritage and selling its soul.
