There is a very large body of literature in this arena starting with efforts in
the early 70's with the first energy crisis or even going back before WWII with
the usda effort on alcohol.

What information do you currently have, what sources have you used and where do
you find you are lacking in information. What is your focus and who is your
audience, what level of sophistication are you expecting, and what is the
purpose of this effort.

thoughts?
