I work on an educational farm that has a small--but expanding-- pork
operation. We are interested in making the transition from a
confinement system to a pasture-based one. We also would like to mix
our own feed instead of using commercial pre-mixed feed.
I am wondering if anyone has some good recipes for pig chow as well as
any pearls of wisdom or piles of caveats for aspiring pasture pork
producers like myself.
