I don't know who this person is, and the message is not signed. I'm
assuming that you all got a copy, since the TO: field carries what
looks like an alias.
It's a good idea to cut and paste copy into e-mail messages, rather
than attach files like this. Some mailing lists do not even allow
attachments, for this reason and bandwidth ones.
