Hello: I am involved in growing out and conserving heritage and ancestral
varieties of wheats. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I believe that
organic growers in Europe and elsewhere find that many of these old
varieties are of great interest for low input farming conditions.

I'm curious to know if there are other curators of heritage cereals out
there. I'd like to find out about your work and collection.
