I got completey fed up with Cal Poly when I got such ugly treatment from them,
They did buy some of the books I reprinted, but when I asked about teaching my
course there, long ago when I was driving weekly to classes all over
California, they turned me down in such an ugly way. They said they were having
such a course given by so and so--someone no one ever heard of, and of course
that course did not have a text (mine being the only one anywhere) and it never
became famous.
A few years ago some new person there ordered the Primer from me, but when I
said I had been shocked long ago by the way I was treated, he took offence and
said, cancel the order.

I never thought Cal Poly at either Pomona or Cal Poly was very good. I also
checked their library. I always figured UC was much preferable.
