Friends at SANet:
A dairy farmer in Mississippi called me last night because he needs
help working with NRCS. He has a lagoon that doesn't meet their
specifications, and a neighbor has turned in several complaints.
Although this farmer wants to save his farm and do the right thing,
he has reason to believe the local NRCS people won't work with him.
They have told him that they can fine him hugh daily fines that would
effectively put him out of business.
Do you know who this farmer can call for help?
