Maybe I should tell everyone what I try to do for my eyes. Someone told
me this to do.
In blender I put raw, green leaves--could be weeds, dandelions,
parsley, celery, spinach, etc. With water, and whiz it until the water
looks green--not just green leaf bits in the water, but the whole liquid
is green. Or I may use raw carrots.
Then I add 2 raw eggs. BUT these are eggs I know are safe to eat
raw. Can't use just any eggs from the store.
Add 1 big spoonful of butter.
Add 1/2 cup of raw flax seed, ground up.
Add juice of 1, preferably 2 lemons. (I sometimes use orange
instead)
Add spoonful of honey

Whiz it all together. Drink as is. Tastes very good, really.
I may leave out the butter and use that on baked potato maybe?? I do
have to eat some cooked starch or I can't get to sleep.
I may add brewer's yeast.
I may add fruit, like banana, etc. instead of the honey.

I also add a spoon of the superduper Vit B mix recommended by Adelle
Davis. I read this in her book, and talked a vitamin mftr into making it
for me. It tastes HORRIBLE, but it works like magic.
