Paul,
Go to http://chat.eharvest.com/ <http://chat.eharvest.com/> and click on
the recipe chat. There's some good stuff here and you can engage with
current users.
Good luck!

Subject: Good For You Cooking Recipes That are GOOD !!!
Hi all !!
One large void that I see out there is practical "Good for You" recipes
ARE GOOD!!! I plan to compile a list of recipes for anyone trying to cook
healthy meals, including for ourself but need some help!
Requirements include:
* No processed sugar or other "processed" food ingredients, not just
organic.
* No white flour.(which is processed. Honey is permitted.
* Recipe favorites that are tried and tested. I hate it when my wife has to
use us as guinea pigs! lol
Too many food processing practices take out too many good nutrients. I
plan to compose some type of cookbook from the recipes I receive. I will
attach your name to them(only if you want) and will send a free copy via
e-mail to all those who participate.
I hope this is ok to list here.
