Our goal is to grow organic vegetables for local
market using the labor of people with various
disabilities and vocational disadvantages. We
have the people, the farm (including
greenhouses), facilities and equipment and the
support resources needed for the program. What
we need is a key leadership person to hire as our
project manager. We want to bring this person on
board now to begin preparing the fields for the
coming season's plantings.
This unique person will have the responsibility
of developing our site as a PA Certified Organic
site and lead us through all the production
issues. We will have one additional staff person
helping to support the project manager by
concentrating on the development of the people
who will be our workforce.
