in DRINKING water there shouldn't be ANY ecoli ! otherwise i would
not ask you for a glass of water.
but the numbers do look a bit strange to me. coliform 23+ ? there
is no further information on the analysis certificate ? something
like 23 * 10^5 (or 10^6 ?) colony forming units ? found in what
volume of water ?? 100 ccm or 1 liter or one gallon ?

mostly there isn't. you will have to find the source of the
contamination (breaking-down of the walls of the well ?). before
you do not know the source, you can only guess about the costs.
