Dearest Bargyla,

Let me ignore the false implications and accusations in this recent posting
and get to the point. If southern Madagascar is short, then the obvious
next place to get food is from their food reserves. If the food reserves
are depleted, then the next best source is a close source - like Central or
Northern Madagascar, etc.

Shipping food from Minnesota to Madagascar is easy -- it is also deadly and
would be last on the list from my point of view.

Sincerely,

Mark Ritchie
