Madagascar, of which I was thinking, when there was no rain no rain no rain for
a long, long time. Can't grow rice. Can't grow the greens those people like to
eat and need to eat. Cattle can't find green stuff to eat. People get weak when
they are so hungry. You should be there and try it sometime.
