Well, since nobody appears to have responded to you yet, I'll just
let you know that Steve Groff seems to be the resident (in Sanet
world) expert on no-till, and he has a lovely web page you can look
at www.cedarmeadowfarm.com He's not in a semi-arid region, but it
might be a good place to start anyway, or maybe he can recommend
other sources of information for you.

As for your other question, please permit me to restate what I think
you are saying, "what are the environmental safety issues related to
glyphosate?" (seguro = safe, ambiente = environment). I think you
are referring to RoundUp, and there has been a lot of discussion
lately on this list regarding that. If you go to
http://www.sare.org/htdocs/hypermail
you can click on the list of recent Sanet letters and review what has
been said.

Buena suerte!
Anita
