IGF-1 Distribution in Milk Products

I have some questions about Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) and its
distribution into the various products that are made from milk.
Specifically, does IGF-1 segregate into the milk fat derived products like
cheese or the skim milk fraction? Regardless of the source, natural or
r-BST induced, the distribution should be the same. Since it is a protein,
can one assume it will concentrate in skim milk, yougurt and other products
like powdered milk and be depleted from milk fat derived products like
cream and cheese? Thanks, Mike Miller.
