If their approaches to farming are in fact "revolutionary," it hasn't
filtred down to their own way of living. More than half the farmers I
inspect for organic certification chew tobacco and don't have a single
item of organic food in their house. Wonder Bread is a common sight as
we fill out paper work around the kitchen table.
