Does anybody have any experience with (effective microorganisms) "EM's"
developed by Teruo Higa?
Also, as a novice organic gardner I am wondering: after this summer's crop
(In Tucson AZ) do I let my field's fallow? Do I plant a cover crop? Do I
jsut keep composting and continually growing stuff?
