they love fresh brewery grains- and it seems that they can utilize the
remaining complex carbo's, as well as the sugars that are not removed in
the sparge. I have fed the grain from many different batches to cows,
and they loved them all-
ALSO some cows like the left over hops as well-
If you wanted to get a better idea on the nutritional content, call up
the Big Rock Brewery in Calgary, as i am fairly sure that they sell
there spent grains to local farmers (as many breweries do) or call you
local grain company.
