Dear Sir,
I am to embark on a research on organic poultry. If you have had an
experience or have knowledge on organic poultry farming, could you possibly
tell me the difference in meat quality, residues, meat composition and
other lab analysis results etc. between organic and non-organic poultry and
other species else well.
If you have contact regarding the above, is it possible that I get their
e-mail?
Hope to hear from you soon and regards,
Saadiah Jamli, D.V.M.
