sample contract

I am looking for a sample contract that farmers sign when they plant a
genetically-engineered seed. I would prefer one that involves Bt corn
and either Monsanto or Pioneer Hi-Bred (or both). We need the sample
contract to show our own farmers in the Philippines what to expect
from these companies who want to commercialize Bt corn in the
Philippines.
