Another approach to groundhogs is to get livestock in their area. Groundhogs
will often move out when the neighborhood gets too crowded. Big dogs are
useful, too, because they can intimidate groundhogs into moving out. (They
can also kill them, particularly if working as a team).

I tried pouring used cat littler down their burrows, thinking itwould gross
them out but don't think it worked. When you release those little fellers
pls. don't do it near horses -ground hog holes cause broken legs.
