Sorry, but my experience with small composters is not in this lovely and
thankfully now much quieter college town. I just work here. It was in the
urban village of Turners Falls, a densely populated (on a much smaller
scale) little burg by the CT river. Yes, roaches and rats live there too;
fortunately not in as great an abundance as DC.
