Dear Sustainable Agriculture folks:
The Union of Concerned Scientists and the Ecological Society of
America are finishing up a major new report on the impacts of global warming
and climate change on California. There will be a section on the impacts to
agricultural ecosystems. The report is due out in the fall of 1999.
I am developing a list of all the outlets that should be notified of
the report, including online resources, newletters, magazines, as well as
those in more traditional hard copy format. I would welcome your suggestions
as to outlets that should be included so that the report gets into the hands
of as many folks as possible. Please include as much contact information
about the oulet as possible and why you think its audience should hear about
the report.
A notice of the report will appear in sanet-mg this fall.
