There was one small dairy that sold raw milk, and in bottles. This man was spectacurally successful, but he got old and
not one wanted to take it over, and his wife was ill, so he just sold it off as land, finally. But his milk was so good,
people came from far away to get it. Women would make driving pools--they took turns driving that far and got milk for
all the rest in the group. I wrote a long article about the demise of this milking farm. I am sure if it were possible
to buck the laws and do all required by law, anyone who would sell raw milk as he did would find the same loyal
customers. I would be a good customer.
