Barbeque season is upon us, and now comes the sad news of skinny pigs...

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the state of commercial pork
in the U.S. Yes, pork is fatty, but dang it, fat gives pork its great
FLAVOR. I don't want a skinny pig. I don't eat pork that often but when I
do I want it to taste GOOD. I am tired of dried out pork; lots of others
are too. We demand real pigs!
