Lambsquarter Greens

Hi All,
As I sat down to eat this evenings meal, I wondered if anyone else
enjoys delicious lambsquarter greens this time of the year. I know
everyone considers it a pesky weed, however I search for this tender
delicacy on my organic farm to enjoy.
