small risks

We have been told that the risks to GMO's are small. I wondered how many
other technologies or products have been considered to be small risks or
were not considered risks at all. I will start the list but if you have
others please add to it and we can do some public brainstorming.

1. Pesticides<DDT> is good for us

2. Smoking

3. Nuclear Power

4. Chemicals which created ozone hole

5. Endocrine Disrupters

6. The plow

7. Automobile emissions and the atmosphere

8. Irriadiation of food

9. Feeding rendered diseased sheep to cattle
