According to the May 1999 Nebraska Farmer, farmers must purchase at least 60
gallons of Roundup Ultra RT between Jan. 1 and June 30, 1999, to qualify.
They also must purchase their equipment between these dates. Eligible
attachments include fertilizer spreaders, down-pressure springs, and coulters.
