Does anyone out there know the date that the EU implemented its
organic regulation 2091/92?
Appreciate any help you could give.
PS. Did anyone else see the show/documentary on PBS last night re
the Dust Bowl? It was quite powerful. It must have really seemed
like the end of the world to people then, or at least the end of
agriculture in the plains states. When the disaster was at its
nadir, the government finally stepped in, changed its tune,
established the Soil Conservation Service, and the end of the world
was postponed. It made me think of other ag disasters brewing these
days and hoping we'll be just as resilient in the long run.
