I'm such a strange amalgam of backgrounds and interests that perhaps I'm
the only subscriber to both this list and the Economist(??), so I thought
I'd
share that there is an interesting article summarizing the debate and
progress of USDA organic standards in this week's issue. (April 17-23
issue, pp.34-35)
Check it out
It has a good quick summary of the history and pertinent issues, and
is quite sympathetic to organic in general...
(At least I thought so..any comments?)
