Milk testing for CLA

We have a group of 20+ farmers (mainly amish) that are seasonal grass
dairies that are working on marketing high CLA milk. They are wanting to
know of a place to get the CLA of milk tested. Any suggestions? They
would also take any suggestions on marketing! I think they are leaning
towards cheese production because of the seasonal production of their milk.
Will cheese still have higher CLA levels?
