Re. Raining pesticides

Just because the the level of a pesticide in a rainwater sample exceeded the EC
drinking water standard for pesticides does not mean that there were "toxic
levels" of a pesticide in the rainwater. The words "toxic level" suggest that
the health of anyone exposed to rainwater containing that concentration of
pesticide is likely to be at risk. The European standard for pesticides in
drinking water is not risk based. The language in the article is misleading.
