Hell all!
I had promised a very good reference on neem in my post some days ago. I
needed some time to dig it up. Here it is. It is quite easily available.

Neem: a users manual, N.S.Randhawa and B.S.Parmar, New Age Publishers, New
Delhi, 1996

There is another reference to a book titled "Neem for the Management of
Crop Diseases/edited by V. Mariappan. 1995, 220 p., tables, $30, Vedam
