Greetings,
A friend has contacted me, knowing that I am subscribed to the list, asking
if I might post a request for information for her. I include an insert with
the nature of her project:
>I am conducting a literature search for papers on organic vs.
>conventional milk production. The proposed study will be a
>case-study approach in New York State that will try to assess the economic
>sense of organic vs. that of conventional milk systems, from production
costs
>through the market and consumer prices for dairy goods. Any
>information or input on this topic is welcome.
I know that some of the folks working on the Dairy Network Partership in PA
might have some data along these lines. Anyone else out there in the
northeast, or New York for that matter?
