The Source Book of Sustainable Agriculture, published in 1997 by the
Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), lists university centers and
programs relating to sustainable ag. It seems we've been plugging this book
a bit lately, but it really is a resource chock full of good stuff!
You can access the Source Book at www.sare.org/sourcebook/ Then click
on "university centers."
You can buy the book buy downloading a form at
www.sare.org/htdocs/pubs/ToOrder.html and sending it with $12 to SAN's
business office.
Thanks -
Valerie
