I am working on a report on Pestide Tax Policy, trying to cover a number of bases, of course. Our research has so far shown that California, Oregon, Iowa, Wisonsin & Minnesota have state-funded sustainable agriculture programs. Does anyone know of any other state-funded programs that we may have missed? I know about the federal programs, such as SARE, EQIP, etc. - just don't want to overlook great examples at the state level.
