There is quite a bit of information on raising bison on the internet. I
recommend checking out Debi Kelly's Missouri Alternatives Center,
http://agebb.missouri.edu/mac/, for her list of "Extension Information on
Alternatives". Click on B and scroll down to links to 5 full-text
publication on Bison, including "Economics of Bison Production in
Saskatchewan" from the Saskatchewan Agriculture Department.
This is a great site to find publications on any kind of alternative
enterprise.
Best wishes,

Sanet,
Does anyone have experiance or knowledge in raising Bison. Demand for
meat and Bison products seems to be great. Is this a fad or realistic
venture?
