Irradiated Meat

It is now legal for US meat producers to irradiate meat, but, at least for
the moment it has to be labeled (except for spices, food ingredients, and
food served in institutional setting such as hospitals and nursing homes).
You can call the anti-irradiation organization Food & Water at
1-800-EAT-SAFE.
