Just picked up on the questions about neem:
I worked for an organization in California for almost 3 years, the Bio-Integral Resource Center, we were working with conventional processing tomato growers to reduce pesticide use. Two of the products we were trying were neem-based and were produced by a company called Grace. The Technical Committee for the CCOF also approved their products for use in organics. Neem has a number of effective properties. We were using the products for aphid control. Contact BIRC at (510) 524-2567 - Bill Quarles probably has a back issue of the IPM Practitioner with an extensive survey article on neem. CCOF can probably help, too. Don't have their number though.
