These people in Oregon clearly list Stevia Seeds for sale in their
catalog they send by mail. However, if you don't live on the west coast,
orders under $30 require a $9 shipping and handling charge. The cost of
shipping and handling increases with the size of the order. This is for
roots and plants, however. The price for seeds is much less.
