A two-day annual Conference on the principles and practical usage of
Biodynamic Farming methods will take place in Eustis, Florida on January
30-31, 1999, at the Farm of Bob Luzader.
Several very experienced BD authors and longtime farmers will be there,
with tons of practical farming information to share and discuss with
attendees.
Both days consist of several lectures, demonstrations and practical,
experiential workshops taught by experienced farmers using BD methods.
Attendees to this annual gathering include beekeepers, farmer/dowsers,
small family farmers, organic and sustainable farmers, veterinarians,
nurserymen and home gardeners.
All attendees are encouraged to bring their questions, observations and
ideas. All who have an interest in Biodynamics or who seek further
information about this method of farming/stewardship in harmony with the
energies of Nature are welcome to attend.
Registration is $50. for the weekend, and $25 or something close to that
for a single day (Call Bob to check the one-day reg, and let the phone
ring awhile, he may be out in the field.)
Contact Bob Luzader at (352) 589-4606 for further info and directions.
Attendees can stay overnight on the grounds (verify this with Bob);
Bring your tent. Hotel rooms available (~$38./night) in the nearby town
of Eustis.
I do highly recommend this excellent conference to anyone seeking
further usable, practical information on Biodynamic or Sustainable
farming methods.
Regards,
Linda
