We have been selling grass finished beef for four years and have had rave
reviews such as,
"Bonnie had hers (Prime Rib Roasts) for Christmas and all the guests
just raved about how tender and delicious the meat was."
These people are used to getting their beef in a grocery store. I do believe
our beef tastes different but I am sure it doesn't taste like grass. I like to
say it has more flavor. From our customers all we get are compliments.
