Small scale milk processing equipment

Hello all-
Does anyone have any ideas on where new or used small-scale milk
processing equipment might be located? I have a request from a
gentleman who is working with a Minnesota coop to develop their milk
processing activities for grass-based dairy producers.

He says that it is very difficult to locate equipment with 25,000
lb/day maximum capacity since most of this equipment has been sold to
Latin America. The only suppliers that I've been able to locate so
far are in Israel and India. Any ideas?
