RENT-FREE HOMESTEAD
GREETINGS!
We are involved in the revival of the family farm, organization and
possible organization of agrarian self-sufficiency communities
world-wide. With this in mind we are offering a property up for someone
to live there for at least one year rent-free "no strings".
You just have to maintain the yard nicely. We were developing organic
gardening there some years back.
This is located within the city limits of a small town in Texas between
Abilene and Ft.Worth, TX. The city's name is Eastland and it is in
Eastland County. The city of Eastland is the location of the county
court house, it is right off the interstate and all basic shopping
facilities can be found in walking distance. All utilities are available
on the property. You simply need something like a camper to live in and
some gardening tools. Of course, you will have to set up and pay for
your own utilities.
You can stay there rent free for at least a year and pursue your own
work plans if you like. If you are somehow interested in taking part in
our family farm revival project we can try to fit you in. We can also
discuss conditions for sale if you happen to become interested in
ownership.
