In Purdin, Missouri, there is 650 acre farm with 30 fresh cows presently and
expanding, certified organic through TLSA (Tennessee Land Stewardship
Association) with it's on processing facility on-farm that will be ready to
sell their milk direct in Feb. They will be selling into grocery stores and
health food stores in Columbia, MO and through the Columbia Area Food Circle
at first. As they see how well they supply these markets, they will
consider expanding their markets into Kansas City and St Louis. They know
they can sell all they can produce into St Louis, at least that is what one
organic store told them, but they want to sell more local. And I'm one of
the first on their list to sell to. If anyone is interested in more about
